Over the past decade, Hugo Leprince and Joshua Matta have built, scaled, and operated multiple businesses across services, retail, and e-commerce. Their work includes founding 8-figure companies, scaling organizations through periods of growth and complexity, managing teams across markets, and operating at both the early and later stages of a company’s lifecycle. This experience exposed recurring patterns in how businesses succeed, stall, and scale, providing a practical foundation built on execution, not theory.
Hugo and Joshua created Aldren to apply that experience in a focused and repeatable way.
